SELF CONTAINED HOMEWORK/TESTS (Mr. Emma's articles)

All questions except multiple choice are to be on a separate sheet of paper.

All extra credit answers are to be done on a separate sheet of paper.

All assignments are due two days later.  If given on a Monday they are due on a Wednesday.  If given on a Thursday or Friday they are due on the following Monday.

CHAPTER SECTION REVIEW HANDOUTS

All separate chapter section review handouts are due per instructions of the teacher.  All reviews are to follow this format:

Multiple choice, fill in the blanks, true and false, and simple definitions have to have the page cited where the answer was found!

All short answer questions must have the question included in the answer somehow and be in full sentences!  No beginning with "because, or "it", or "they".

All critical thinking questions must have full sentences with plenty of content, that is scientific words and explanations.  They must be answered thoroughly and in depth adding as much pertinent information as you can think of.  Don' get lazy!  Answer questions as if the person you are writing for knows nothing about science.

NOTEBOOK or IN CLASS ASSIGNMENTS

Everyday starts with your name and date written down in the notebook and then the topic being talked about or discussed.  All prompts are written down in the notebook.  Writing should be legible. Anything the teachers says that is important you are to write down plus what every you think is important.  All notes written on the white board are to be written in your notebook!  All textbook review questions, textbook bold letter words, textbook end of chapter reviews are to be done in the notebook not on a separate sheet of paper.
